Harolds Hotel Quezon City

It felt really comfortable and the staff was always very helpful and accommodating. This was actually my 2nd stay here because I didn't want to test my luck again on another place and I would come back in a heartbeat.Here you truly feel welcome and looked after.Their Filipino breakfast dishes you can order are actually fantastic. The Harold's Burger was a disappointment. I had a life-changingly good coffee (thick, intense crema, not sour) here in December when I first arrived in Manila. But despite numerous tries to order the same one (I even had pictures and discussed it with staff), it was never as good anymore (the brownies it comes with, however - wow, every single time).

The internet is a problem. It's fantastic if it works, but there are frequent outages of both the internal infrastructure as well as external connectivity and the employees do not seem to be able to fix or even understand the problem. Would have fixed it myself if they had let me.This is the biggest problem here, because if you have to be able to work or attend a meeting online, there's a good chance you randomly can't.

The staff were courteous and friendly.The location is good.

Parking isn’t the greatest but ok.

I can't see any stairs in case of emergency.

Room phone is not working. Tv not working. Ref not working. We called many times to get it fixed.Staff not in proper coordination. Everytime shift changes it’s a different issue

Great value for a hotel wirh an excellent location. Each floor has water refilling stations, which is great. Rooms are clean, but not that spacious.

Staff can't be relied upon to clean rooms. I gave up and just asked for clean towels everyday and for them to just take out the trash. No coin laundry in the facilities.

The staffs are very accommodating. Clean facilities and location is very good with restaurants all around the area.

Food served at the Buffet... Maybe I just didn't like the menu during my stay.

Friendly staff members. Special mention to Joel Morales from the restaurant. He’s one of the bartender and me & my husband enjoyed talking to him.

Overall, my husband and I enjoyed our stay in Harolds Hotel. The staff were very welcoming and they greeted us with a big smile every single time. The room was clean, and the common areas were well maintained. We enjoyed the pool and the services the staff provided. We would definitely come back.

Unfortunately, I was unable to attend breakfast due to health reasons. When extending my stay, I requested to book a room without breakfast for the following day and have the breakfast from my original booking provided as a gesture of goodwill. This request was declined. While this is perfectly within policy and understandable, I would have appreciated a more accommodating approach.The room is marketed as a suite with a size that is not accurate. In international terms, a suite typically includes a separate living room and bedroom, which was not the case here. It is more accurately described as a Junior Suite. The photos on Booking.com, however, are accurate and reflect the actual layout.Overall, some improvements in flexibility and clarity would enhance the experience.

The staff are very polite and accommodating. Always have a smile on their faces. The place is near the Tower i had to attend seminar to. There are plenty of food choices in the sureounding area and their restaurant offers limited yet good food as well.

Probably just a suggestion to have atleast a guide book in the room, like which floor is the breakfast area, or what are the facilities offered and where it is located, or the number to call (receptionist or housekeeping) if someone needs to request something.

Staff is very accommodating. The room is huge and very clean! They did not hesitate to provide us with our reasonable requests.

I like everything except the fridge is not cooling. You should put an observe silence as most of the guests are resting at around 10pm to 6am. Most guests are banging their doors and dont care about guests around.

The room was nice and quite comfortable. However there were a few amenities missing like a hair-dryer and a bathrobe.

I had to call for small things like a hair dryer and a bathrobe. I also found it weird that the washing area (sink/faucet) was not inside the bathroom.

The room is spacious. Convenient location in tomas morato

The parking is just enough for the vehicle so be careful. Also, the swimming pool would be better if the water is heated

The location is very convenient there are a lot of stores outside. The food for breakfast was quite good there are a lot of varities. The BBQ buffet was quite good but not that much variety but overall is a perfect place to stay to unwind and bond with your friends or family. The pool area is very beautiful with a great scenery from the outside. The staff there is very accommodating.

Well, since I think this hotel just got opened in the QC area, there are some area such as room, lobby etc. that are still in progress otherwise still can accommodate your needs and requests.
